Description

I hope you guys had a kick out of my April Fools picture. Here's the real announcement. Sorry for the poor quality of the drawings, I somehow ended up crafting this at 3 AM before leaving for a trip the day after.

Anyway, I know it doesn't really say that much, but there are a few loyal followers who, even after 2 years of silence, still regularly ask about my Supercrash. Here's a short explanation of the current and future statuses of the comic. I'm slowly brewing things, in a kinda low-profile fashion, but when it comes back online, you guys will know for sure!

I strongly advise you guys to follow me on any of the most popular social platforms, like FacebookTumblrTwitter and Instagram. I don't update DeviantART as often as I used to, and DA is usually the last I update with stuff, so if you want to make sure you're not missing anything, please consider adding me to your feed!

Thanks, and enjoy!

Hey mister Yves! It's great seeing you're still continuing to work on Supercrash -- a comic that I've really enjoyed reading when I was only a few years younger.

I do have to agree with you ... Having a well-structured plan for a comic project is extremely important, and I've only experienced just a small part of this large process: all those hours of planning, sketching, drafting, determination, gathering refs and such ... then finally being able to get down to the real stuff: outlining, colors, itty bitty details.

( Ah, now that I touch upon this topic, I've actually come to you for your critique a long time ago. It was for my poorly made comic by err ... my younger, amateur self ... a very long time ago. o.o; Perhaps 5-6 years ago? Anyways, I recall your critique was very, very ... critical, but on-point. At the time, I was very offended to be critiqued like that by an artist of whom I admired his work, especially after reading the 3 Princesses comic. Now that I look back, your input on my amateur comic proved to be very helpful, and I thank you for that, sir -- it's greatly appreciated! )

My apologies, it wasn't my initial intention to digress and ramble like this, but as I've done in the past, I'd appreciate your advice on how to compose a structured plan for any comic project. You make it look easy, especially for a comic project on a bigger scale! ( Of course, I'm dead-wrong in that statement -- success is only the superficial appearance of an object of hard work and determination. ) Just how do you do it? What's your way going about it?
